Bluebirds love snow Days!
Don’t we all deserve on day to do nothing? This Sunday was perfect for that! Yesterday we relaxed after working all weekend on the launch of our new Internet Communications Company, Planetary Streams. How much snow do you think we have now? Total left almost 6 feet and that is not accumulative or we would be over 10 feet I am sure! See these photos! You would think we would be tired of watching TV & Radio by Sunday but the snain, what I call snow and rain, joined with the winds and was pummeling our home, so we watched the Oscars. It was cold, dark, nasty and none of us wanted to leave the house. We curled up in blankets and listened to all of the thank yous and critiqued the dresses. My favorite Academy Award Dress was Helen Mirrens and Nicole Kidman’s necklace. We love John Travolta dancing in and we wondered what was wrong with Owen Wilson. All and all a fairly entertaining evening though really we are partial to Home Makeover which has enough human compassion and love in it that you don’t feel quite so bad about the world when you are done watching it!

How many roles can one person have?
This is my first real week of blogging so I will introduce myself. My name is Kim Power Stilson. I am one person but like everyone I have many roles. My most important roles are wife and mother of three kids, 4 dogs, 2 birds, and a cat. I am a daughter, a sister, a friend. Those are the usual roles people share and in fact the extent of most end of life summaries you read in the paper. Yet for many of us with these roles there is so much more.
As for me, I am a breadwinner. a PR and marketing professional. the host of the Healthy Wealthy Wow talk radio show, an entrepreneur, the founder of the Bluebird Sisterhood, a Sunday School teacher. I am also a bluebird weather skier, a budding artist, an Irish history enthusiast, a Japanese language fan, a supporter of good causes and a soul with a love of the gorgeous world God has given us.

Here we are on the Grapevine again!
So, I listed my bluebird paintings on Ebay today. Bluebird water color of my first art attempts on ebay! So fun! I felt brave to do it as I am not much of an artist but everyone was saying that my birds were so pretty and whimsical that I added quotes and and painted and now I have started selling. No worries though as no one has even looked at them. Ebay is hard work! Ah well at least I took the first step today! Do bluebirds like meatloaf?
I know as one of the Bluebird Sisters I just wondered. Tonight you see I actually made dinner for my family. Part of my new pledge as a "Work at home Mom" I chopped veggies for the organic turkey meat, green peppers, onions, oatmeal, tomatoes, etc. It was really quite easy and everyone ohhhhed and ahhhhed. Made scalloped potatoes, steamed brocoli and carrots and vanilla pudding for dessert -- wow something other than ice cream and its not Christmas! They ate it, it was gone and I was stuck with dishes. Everyone had play practice, dance, basketball. I don't even like meatloaf. But the plates were cleaned by their forks, and the food inside them was not fast for once so who am I to complain?
As Bluebird sisters we stick together, we have each others backs, but I do think actual bluebirds have it made -- I mean how hard are worms to make and is their dishes afterwards? I think not . . . and just imagine all worms must be organic, right? I will share this meatloaf recipie on my new Snack TV How To Make Dinner in Two Minutes cast on www.planetarystreams.com this month. REally watch but don't look at my hair . . . who has time to do their hair when they are a "work at home Mom" who makes dinner.
